Photos of Russia
I got thinking about this from Nungesser's posts about his & DW's journey.
Since many who travel are not experienced world travelers and anxiety can be great...what if we all share some of our photos from Russia? Other than the Red Square photos most of us have or have seen previously. Sometimes 'seeing' where you are going helps relax some of the nerves.... So I'll start...this is driving into Moscow...

This is a picture that I took from my room at the Kursk Hotel on my third trip to Russia. I had already been to my Supreme Court hearing in Moscow, had taken the train to Kursk, and I was waiting on the decision of the court to be sent to the court in Kursk, then to the orphanage, giving me legal right to take Olya from the orphanage. We were told it could take as long as 30 days for the paperwork to be sent from Moscow to Kursk, but we started our prayer vigil and the paperwork arrived 5 days after the hearing! The rainbow felt like a message of hope to me.

This is on the way to the internet which is in the building on the right - it was a very short walk from the hotel. This was taken on my first trip and it was still snowing - it was beautiful! I don't get to see much snow in Dallas, and I loved it!!

This is the courthouse in Kursk where I had 6 court appearances and 5 actual hearings.

Yes, I agree - great thread, Karen! All your pictures, and Shay's pictures, are really cool! I could KICK myself for not taking a picture of the Supreme Court in Moscow - maybe I can find a picture in a book or something. OR - if someone has an upcoming trip to Moscow and you just happen to pass by the building, please shoot a picture for me!!
 I couldn't tell you what street it's on, though!  Shay, the courthouse you went to does look very different from the one I was at.
