Has anyone adopted or are trying to adopt from the Sakhalin region.

I adopted from Sakhalin 4 months ago. I brought home Katie, who is now 21 months and Harper, who is 2. It is a one trip region and usually waives the waiting period. It is a nine hour flight from Moscow though so it takes some stamina! Worth every second though, I couldn't have two more perfect children. If I can answer any questions, let me know.
