Hi Guys,
I am in need of a favor. I would love to see new picture updates! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE It is one of the things that keeps me from going insane. I think we could all use a boost, to see a reminder of what we are all waiting for. thanks, aimee

Olya at Christmas
Olya in her Christmas dress sitting in her new little Boston Rocker that her "Nana Rose" (my mother) got her - it needs to have a finish put on it, but she loves it whether it's finished or not!

Olya on her Birthday
Here's a picture of Olya on her Birthday, which was yesterday - she's 2 years old!! Behind her on the nightstand is a Disney CD player that I gave her. She loves music and loves to dance!
I still can't believe she is finally here! I know the waiting is hard - I remember the hard times that came my way during the adoption process and the pain is excrutiating at times. The ONLY way I made it was with God's Holy Spirit giving me strength, comfort and guidance. Please hang in there - DON'T GIVE UP!!! It will happen for you and someday you'll be posting pictures of your beautiful children. I'm praying for all of you.

Here is Rebecca last weekend when we made cupcakes with her for the first time. Below that is a picture of her in the baby home 4 weeks earlier. Yes, she had a runny nose at that time but still the change in 4 weeks has been amazing. She has blossomed so quickly! I wanted to post the before and after just to show everyone who may be feeling discouraged that this is what we are all going through the process for! (for some reason the pictures do not seem to always display but if you click on the file name they will show).

I think I have it. Here is Eli with us in the orphanage at 15 months old and Eli now at 4 years old. OK, I will be better at waiting now. We had to wait for Eli too.
