Ok- for 2005 I am going to finish my paperwork for my son.
For filing of the COC do I use form N-600 or N-600K? Thanks Anna

COC = Certificate of Citizenship
According to the website it is the I-600 Good Luck with the paperwork. Just to make you jealous - I am finished! I am just waiting for the US Birth Certificates to arrive. They said in NJ it could take 6 - 12 months. (how crazy is that - readoption was in Sept.). I even got the will, guardianship, living wills etc done. No paperwork in 2005 for me!!! Happy New Year!

You need the N-600, not the I-600.
