We would love to have more folks come. We have several families coming. Skiboo is the party planner extraordinaire. She tried to pick a central location, but I don't remember the town. I do believe that she needs to have a confirmed list soon, to ensure that they have enough staff on handle the activities for the children.

HI Kerry! I am a former Middletown person too. In fact my parents are still there - so we are down there every other weekend or so.

How old are your kids (kid and kid-to-be)?

to be there! My son is 5 yrs old (born 8/12/99 - adopted 3/23/2000), and will be thrilled to play with the others!!

The child we are waiting for is a "healthy" infant under 12 mos of either sex. Apparently the "healthy" part in Kras is hard to come by these days Oh well, we are trying soooooo hard to be patient.

I am going to take a drive this weekend and write up detailed directions to help everyone out.

The important facts are this:
Sunday December 5th
Little Gym, West Windsor NJ (near Princeton, off of Rte. 1)
4 -5:30 pm
Current cost: $20 for first child, $5 for each additional child (cost will go down if we get a bigger group attending)

They will be providing us with juice boxes and the use of their party room in addition to being able to use the gym equipment, etc... but we need to bring some snacks/party food. I am planning on making cupcakes... if we have 3 or 4 others volunteer to bring something then we should be good... what else do we need??? Ideas? Volunteers?

I will bring some soda for the adults and some cheese doodles for the kids. I am learning that cheese doodles mean party to a 3 year old.

I am very happy that we will be meeting some new families at this get together. We always have such fun and it is wonderful to see our circle of support expand and grow.

Janet: I will call and inquire about Pizza on Monday. I am pretty sure that it is okay. I know they offered to order pizza for us at one point, but I wasn't sure if we wanted that or not.

Vicki: I will send you more details on Monday or Tuesday. So glad that you are willing to travel to be with us... I have often driven 90 minutes or more to attend a gathering if they are up north and I have never regretted making the effort to get together with this group... plus, I really want to meet your Alex after seeing his adorable photo so many times :-)

Kerry: Hurrah! Glad you could clear your schedule... fruit and goodie bags sound awesome. We have a mixture of kids coming ... the youngest is 10 months and the oldest is 7 (I think). I will try to count up and let you know by tomorrow... thanks for volunteering!!!
