Has anyone adopted from Kursh?
My husband and I just found out from our adoption agency CAI that we will be adopting out of Kursh. Has everyone adopted out of Kursh or is anyone in the middle of adopting from Kursh?
As I am sure you can understand we are very excited but also nervous. Any information or help you can give us would be greatly appreciated. Warmly, Maxine

Do you mean Kursk?
I adopted from Kursk - I'm assuming that's what you meant, instead of Kursh. The orphanage there is great. The caretakers really take good care of the children, and it is bright and cheerful. Even though it is an orphanage, the director does a great job at making it as happy as possible.

My DH and I adopted two wonderful boys from Kursk in july 2003 using CAI.
As stated the orphanage and care was excellant, however the court was a longer more difficult process. Our agency was also unoriganized with the process. I wish you the best and Kursk was easy to walk about. WENDY
