single....income limitations
does anyone know what income requirements Russ/Ukr has for singles???
Researching agencies..... one agency director stated she did not accept clients unless their income was above $75,ooo excluding assets....(single).... Lower income could mean Russian judge may terminate the adoption during court proceedings...(if it goes that far...) can anyone...comment on this...
