I am looking for a particular website registry that rates agencies - and it's not one that is listed under the frua's agency registry.

This is the set up:

It is a very plain looking site, and it scores all the agencies on a * rating it looks like this:

ABCDE

In the above example this particular agency had poor ratings of several 1's, and you could contact the site, and they would put you in touch with the people who gave the poor ratings.

The letters and/or numbers correspond to certain questions, and the stars are how many people answered.

It was quite useful and now I can't find it, any suggestions?

I have that under my favorites. I am very new here. (and just getting started on looking for an agency also) I'm not sure how to get the link to you. I know not to list email to avoid spams- maybe if you pm me I can send you the linK?
Also, I have it saved as Adopting from Russia- Agency Info. Maybe putting this into your search engine will get you there.
