Dimensions?

I am sure as long as if there are enough room for the beds, it should be okay. Worked for the Brady Bunch and they all shared just 1 bathroom.

this should be no problem. ins only requires 125% above the poverty level in your income which is very low income based on your family size. (maybe $30,000-$40,000 for family of four). they mostly want to see that the child will be safe - fire alarms, carbon detectors, fenced yard if on busy streeet, etc.

I think your girls sharing a room is going to be a wonderful experience for them when they look back on life. They are going to remember all of the fun, all of the annoyances and fights fondly. It may be a rough road getting there at times, but they will be closer as sisters because of it!

I was expecting to do the same thing with the two/three boys (don't know which our second adoptee will be). Never thought it would be a problem, since, as you said, it will pretty much be sleeping quarters, and there is plenty of room elsewhere in the house for toys and playing.
