Are you "document ready"? (HS and INS approval)
I just spoke with the agency we used last year to adopt our incredible son (yes, I'm a proud new mama) and heard that they do have a few referrals that just became available for Russia. When we received our referral for our son last year (the same day we signed with our agency) many thought it was too good to be true... but good things can and DO happen and we're home and SO happy.
