I ran across this link when I was searching the web - it has info about a little handicapped child in Moscow (age 10) who could really use a family.

There is a link to read it in English.

I'm trying to get the word out about this child. If anyone is intereseted, contact me and I can probably put you in contact with a facilitator or an agency that might be able to help in his adoption.

I posted about Vanya about a week ago, and I contacted the person
listed on his webpage (http://www.damian.ru/ra_Vana_engl.htm
if that doesn't work try http://www.damian.ru and look at the
3rd article down).

Miracle of miracles, I got a response from the orphanage director
of Moscow Orphanage #19 and I am including her reply to me.

I'm trying to get this child's info to a wide audience. If anyone
belongs to any other adoption groups - please forward this. I know
the groups have been quiet (4th of July Holiday, and all), but
maybe together we can find someone who might be interested.
