Divorce and lose custody?
Hopefully, someone can help me find the answer to this: If one adopts a child from Romania, is there any law there (or here thru the agencies involved) that a couple MUST remain "married," and not divorce for a period of at least 5 years from the date of adoption? And, if a divorce does occur prior to the 5 years, can the children be removed from the American adoptive family?
