Independent Adoption Laws In Oklahoma

Here is the information I have on Oklahoma adoption laws: only the birthmother's consent is needed, the natural parents can revoke consent within thirty days once given, and the only money the adoptive couple can legally give is for medical expenses. My friends neice in OKC is going to give her baby up for adoption and my husband and I are interested. What are the laws in Oklahoma about adopting without going through an agency. What will we need to do.
