how to express my feelings to my baby's Mommy?!

When I see my?  baby's mommy during visits she seems to look so sad when she sees me with him. How do I tell her all these feelings in my heart?! I am not as sad for me as I am happy for her! I don't want her to feel sad at all. I love her so much but son't know how to say it. What do I do? How can I share with her not to be sad for me because I am so very happy for her?
