I have gaurdianship over a little boy and would like to approach the parents about an open adoption as the little guy is attached to me and my family. B mom has no family and probably wont ever get a life together suitable to include a child. B dad is pretty much dad in biology only hasnt seen him in over a year. I want permanency for this little dude. My question is how do I bring this up to b mom. she is really a sweet girl who is a product of her raising but has some psychological issues.
