birthfathers have rights and it if he can provide for the child he may have the child. being finacnailly well off doesnt really mean its best for the child. i am an attorney and sometimes the birthdad gets the child even if he has nothing. i have seen this way to many times. and the judges always say money means nothing. i have heard them say this.
