We WILL become her parents. Yipee!
After 20 longs months, we just found out today that my bio cousin, who has called us mom and dad for quite some time, will become our daughter!
 We were prepared for a trial and instead, her birthmom voluntarily signed consents...Now, the next step, finalize the adoption!  We couldnt ask for a better 9th anniversary gift
