kinda new
ok so im really not "new" to adoption, I am the birthmom to a little girl who I had my sister adopt 3 years ago. we are definatly pursuing a good open relationship in regards to our daughter and we have both been looking for others in interfamily open adoptions to chat with. hopefuly we can get to know some of you better.

I'm glad things are going so well for you, welcome. You may also want to hang out on the adoptive parents boards as they are more active and there are many positive open adoption experiences there.

We have the same experience--we adopted our nephew and he is the joy of our lives now. Our other two sons are grown and out of the house--we are doing the elementary school age again, and it's wonderful.
