This may be a little long but I need to give you a little background. My husband and I can not have biological children because of some of the medications he was on for kidney disease. He has,since, had a very sucessful transplant about 2 years ago. Now that he is healthier we want to adopt. We have always wanted children; our families knew that we could not get pregnant and also that we want to adopt. Well, now here is where I get confused. My brother's girlfriend came up to me on Easter and asked me if her and my brother concieved a child for us would we be willing to adopt it. Now you need to know how caring she is. She would do just about anything for anybody. At first I thought yes but then reality hit me. Could she do this? She has told me that my brother and her want to have kids of their own but not right now. They want to get married first. Then I found out today that she may already be pregnant. I'm not sure what to do. So many questions and no answers. I'm hoping someone may have had experienced something similar.
