I was wondering if it is normal practice for a state to send out copies of the home study and the social workers itinery when they transport children to another state to all the parents whom rights have been terminated?Even if you are related to 1 of the parents

Kauai, that's a new one to me. I've never heard of such a thing. It didn't happen in our case, that's for sure. To me, that's really strange.

I have never heard of that happening. As far as I was told w/ my termination case after the rights are terminated the only paper work they are to receive is the court decree terminating their rights. I am from Indiana it may be different where you are but I think I'd be asking some questions.
