should I adopt my neice
My sister is thinking of giving all her perental right to my husband and I, but we don't know what steps we need to take to get her with us. my sister is a drug addict and we would like to get my neice out asap but don't know how to handle the situation Help!!

I suggest you contact an adoption attorney or agency in your state. They are best equipped to answer your questions since each state is so different. They'll also be able to lead you in the right direction for counseling for you & your sister too.
