I am 22 and my sister is 5 soon to be 6, she is my only sister and i fear and know that she is living in an unsafe enviroment. Here's some history, when i was younger my mom had to sign over right to my aunt, because of drug use and unsafe living enviroment. I now see the signs that my mom is using drugs and living the same way she was when I was younger. I dont want my sister to grow up there as long as I did and would like to help, the only problem is, I have a daughter of my own and dont think I would financially be stable enough to take on another child, Is there any kind of assistance that would help with health insurance, school, and normal expences. if anyone knows of somewhere I could go to find more about this please respond.
