[Snooze]

Hello, Im new to this forum and new to the idea and thought of raising my Grandchild.
Goodness I have so many questions and fears I dont know where to start.
The child is yet to be born. Probably due sometime in February 2005 or there abouts.
The parents (my son is the father) have agreed to let me raise the baby as an alternative to abortion.
I have a stable job which I do need.
I k now in my heart this is the right thing to do.......but.....IMMMMMM SCARED!!!!!!

I really don't have any experience in your dilemma, but after reading your thread, I just had to tell you that your son is one lucky guy to have a woman as strong, loving, dedicated, and as selfless as you for a mom.. I hope you find the support you need on these boards. Good luck to you and your family. I have no doubt God will provide you with all you need to care for this new addition to the family. Kathy
