i lost my birth certificate
OMG so ... i had my birth certificate in my wallet because i got a new job recently and just never put it away. Well, i look in my wallet about 5 minutes ago to put it in a safe place and i lost it. What do I do? Im adopted, of course, and dont you need your parents names to get a new bc?

you will your amended name and aparents name and amom's maiden name and bdate and plave of birth. If you live in the same place (county) you can call them and they will tell you where to go or send to get it. You dont need your bparents names .
