book recommendation for beginners!
I am very new to the adoption world and bought myself a book recently and wasn't able to put it down!
"You Can Adopt: An AdoptiveFamilies Guide" by Susan Caughman and Isolde Motley This book has so much great information on the different types of adoption and the adoption process. It's also filled with personal stories written by families who have expanded their families through all kinds of adoptions. It's also easy to read! I loved it! I hope this book helps some others out there. |
