PTSD, older child adoption and IEP
J, who is now 9 came to me at 7. I was his 7th placement. He has an IEP; he's healed considerably but has aways to go. Are there options in school to help him? He was in a 12-1-1 placement and made progress and was moved up. He's had some setbacks and he'll probably be moved back down. I'm writing because the school administrators think I have unlimited time to go there. I'm a single working parent with a limited number of days. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Millie - you may want to post this question under the special needs... Im sure you'll get a TON of responses!! There are so many that have 'been there, done that'. If they can't provide suggestions, they'll at least provide their throughts/support.
