ISO Male born November 1970 in Michigan

I am looking for a male born November 1970 in the Detroit area of Michigan. The adoption took place in possibly Birmingham & the adoptive father was a lawyer & the adoptive mother was a teacher. The birth mother's name is Beth Lynn Bach & the birth father, who is NOT listed on the original birth certificate name is Dave. He is of Hungarian decent. I am searching for my husband's half-brother. Are you out there?
