Born Feb 29 1964 JC New Jersey, Family and Childrens Services

Looking for any realitives. I was born in Jersey City, adopted from Family and Childrens Services, court records in Freehold NJ. Mom not married to dad. Met someone when she went to school when husband was out on tour in service. Went to NJ to stay with friend and give birth to me.
