Dear Lord, I lift up the adoptees out there who are struggling in their adoption journeys. Those who are confused in their identities, those who struggle with unresolved feelings of loss and grief/rejection, those who feel betrayed or lied to , those who long to know the truth of their beginning but do now know how to start a search, those who are searching and facing closed doors in their search, and those who wait for doors to open in adoption reunion or for birth family to be open to contact/meeting.
Lord you know each one, and any who are needing fellowship and support in their adoption journey. Lead them to find support and fellowship and answers, and most of all be drawn to a closer walk with you their Creater, and First Father, Shepherd, Redeemer, Savior and Friend. Thank you for these on line forums that bring Christians together and offer a safe place to share ones experiences, emotions and questions, prayer requests in a non- judgemental place. Touch each adoptee who is brought to this list and encourage them with your mighty Holy Spirit, In Jesus name, Amen

hi im new thanks for the prayer and encouragement we r adopting from guat and have our referral and POA bt no INS appov its 11 wks almost so i need prayers and encouragement to get me through this im a true believer in our lord and he does keep me strong and i if it his his will it will happen in his time and i do try to remember that snd do alot of praying and alot of people praying for me and i am praying for all that r adopting so it does my heart good to know that u r praying us all to god bless and thank u

Thank you for your special prayer. I think this is a nice way to help others. Lots of people need the support of prayer. I am asking for prayer to give me the wisdom and the will to do what God would have me to do in my wait for my daughter's search for me. She is 16 now and I just recently found her family. Her aparents do not want to tell her of my contact and I fear that this will be a mistake for their relationship with her in the future. I am patiently waiting for the day that she is old enough to pursue finding me. Her parents have told me that she knows of her adoption and that she wants to find me maybe at 18. It is so hard to know what truly is right for her. Whether she should have the right to know now if she has an interest or to wait and have the possibility of her being upset with her aparents. I am struggling with this. I ask for anyone to pray for God to work His will with our situation and to give me peace within the waiting game before me, it this be His will. Thanks to anyone who prays for this, for it is an extremely delicate situation and could possibly have an damaging outcome. Please know that any others needing prayer, that I am ready to support them as well and will pray for them also. Hugs!!!!
