I am in search of birth mother of twins (boy & girl) born August 22, 1972. Possibly Clarkson Hospital?? Nebraska Children's Home handled the adoption. Birth mother was 16yrs old. Her own mother died of cancer at the age of 36 (1968 ?) Her Father possibly worked for the goverment Adopted thru Adams Co in Nebraska. Doctor's name was Schultz Adoptive Parents possibly came to Omaha on September 21, 1972 to get them. Resided in Hastings Nebrasksa

Hi,

I just joined and thought I'd try a practice post. I don't see my icon, and wonder why... Maybe it shows up later?? Anyway, my dh and I are in the beginning stages of domestic adoption -- about to mail an application to an agency. I'm getting nervous... Quite! Of course, we're extremely excited, too. We've been dealing with IF and loss for 5 years.
