Polish cookbooks
Can anyone recommend a good Polish cookbook? I'd like to start practicing my culinary skills with some Polish dishes, and I'm leaning toward the cookbooks on Amazon that have lots of pictures. But I would love to get recommendations from the experts, and that's all of you! Thank you!

I have to say that I am not a big Polish food fan, but if you find a good pierogie recipe or a good place to buy them let me know...I LOVE the potato and cheese ones!
