I-171C finally updated!!!!
I have an update! I called the USCIS boss today and he had the orphan agent call me back. It turned out that she would not do anything without I-290B form and $585 fee. The funny thing is that she had never told me she needed that form before. Never mind. I took the form and money to her today, and she gave me an update. Right there! So I have to call our Embassy in Warsaw tomorrow to make sure they got it, and set a court date! My God, I'm ready to burst! I am hoping to get a court date in the beginning of December. Keep your fingers crossed everyone!

Thanks! I am waiting till 5 a.m. to call the Embassy in Warsaw. They changed the time already, so now it's only 6 hours difference between us.
