Siblings Travelling with Grandparents

So . . . I have an odd question.

My husband’s parents are bringing our daughters to us in Poland. One daughter has a different last name.

Does anyone know what possible paperwork we may need done in order for the US to let the girls out of the country with their grandparents?

I was going to have letters of temporary custody, stating that they are to come to Poland, dates, etc. signed and notarized. But is that going to be enough?

Any idea?

Thank you for any information you may have!
