Post placement reports
I am just curious as to what your agencies are telling you. I have heard different things from different people about how often and how many and what type.

I did a quick search w/ Google and looked on the Dept of State website, but found nothing.

We were told by our facilitator and reaffirmed by our social worker (who did our home study) we have to do post placement reports at 3 months, 1 year and 2 years from the date of the adoption decree.
