Interested in Polish adoptions...

I was hoping that someone could share their experiences or information about adopting from Poland. My husband is Polish, born and raised in Poland. All of his family still lives there so we travel there at least twice a year to visit the grandparents (we have a 4 year old son). He has been an American citizan for about 4 years now, but I think he is still considered Polish too (at least that is what the Polish customs officers always tell us). Does this make it easier to adopt from Poland? What are the ages of children available? We are interested in an infant or young sibling group under 4 since we have a 4 year old son. Also, what about the health of the children? I was also hoping someone could pm me with agency feedback, costs, and just generally how to get started.
Thanks!
Rachel
