When to get fingerprinted?
My husband and I just finished our homestudy and are looking towards the next step. We've noticed many people participating in this forum are experiencing long wait times for their referrals. Any suggestions on when we should get the INS paperwork completed so we maybe don't have to do it twice? We've been told the wait for 2 siblings age 6 or under is around 14 months.

I think the clock for waiting starts when the paperwork in Poland is received. Your fingerprints are good for 18 months. It is hard to say when is the right time. You might want to wait until all your paperwork goes to Poland if you've been told upto 14 months.
