They told me it's $13.00 a day
The same $13.00 my daughter has been getting for 9 years. If you ask me Bill McMillian and all those "big wigs" in Philly need to try living off that a day. With gas prices up to $4.00 a gallon and milk over $3.00 a gallon. Bad city to adopt from, its all about the money and NOT about the KIDS ![]() |
