Central, PA?
Hello! I used to be a regular here - straight adoption of a 9-year-old through interstate foster care in 2010. I'm a freelance writer and am working on an article about helping adopted or foster children transition to their new home. The magazine is out of central PA and is looking for localized quotes. Anyone out there?
