African-American adoption

We would like to adopt an African-American or bi-racial child under 3 years old. Does anyone have any suggestions outside of the foster care system?.
Please send me a private response if you have particular agency recommendations.

Some of these agencies are not in PA but can still work with you. I wish you the best. Adoption Arc...PA Adoption Star...NY A bundle of Hope...FL Heaven Sent Adoptions...? state Check on the website www.adoptionsituations.com They are advertising on there constantly with AA and biracial situations. Three Rivers Adoption Council in Pittsburgh might be another good one to check into. Contact AAAA for an adoption attorney near you. You might be able to do it without an agency.
