Question Adoption Facilitators

Is it legal in PA to use a facilitator instead of going through an agency or lawyer? Any info on this subject would be helpful. Thank you for your time.

PA laws do state facilitators are allowed. I can tell you though to keep a record of what you pay them and make sure you have receipts because an accounting of ALL fees will need to be submitted to the court when you finalize.

Hope this helps and now all they have to do is approve the change in the law about relinquishment times.
