I was Born 7/1/65 In Johnson City, NY..Adoption was through the County of Tioga..Birthname is Patricia Ann Rhiel..If you can help, Let me know

I am helping an adoptee also. Her DOB is 7/4/65, but we have no info. She was told she was adopted in Tioga Co.There is a woman in Binghamton looking for her Bdaughter. That baby was born 7/2/65. I no longer have her email address, but you may look for her in NY adoption forum. Seems her email was ladyavalon something. Good luck to you.
