I'm looking for my nephews and their siblings of which share the same mother but not the father (my brother). David Scott Helfelfinger (not sure of the spelling), born Jan.16th 1980,81,82, I believe 82.. not sure...Tara Colon, was born June 26th or 28th and I believe in 1984... David is African American, but has a white mother, he was about 9 or 10 when taking into foster care... Tara was only about 3 the oldest...
My newphews are Jack Daniel Gundrum born Aug. 28th, 1986 and
all four children were from the same mom, David has a different father then the others, and Tara as well, as a different father of whom I can't help on either.. (sorry)!! Jack and Eddie (Edward) share my brother who is there dad, who also have another borther in the care of there mother, who's name is Michael. born in 92 but wasn't taken away...
There story is, that they were taking away to forster homes, and I'm guessing byt he state adopted just months later..
I myself am only 20 years old and don't remember much of anything.
the adoption and social services took place in Lebanon, PA

I do not see my other newphew, or talk to the mother, or my brother,... the mom is Sandy Helfelfinger, and my brother is Walter Gundrum Jr. they are not together or ever married, just had 3 children, of which 2 were adopted out in PA somewhere (or somewhere else)....
