Ever since I was young, I have wanted to have twins. There are twins in the family. My grandmother had a set of twins, and my Aunt has 2 sets of twins. I was thinking GREAT, maybe it will happen for me.

Well, come to find out I have infertility. So, we will probably never have twins. (Unless we adopt them) It is ok, though. Cause we have a wonderful family! We already have one adopted son, the light of our lives.

I agree that it is very important to prepare for children, not just twins. We didn't adopt Jakob until I was 28 years old. And I STILL wasn't completely prepared. I don't think you ever really can be. You just go with your instincts, and do the very best you can...and all should go well.

Best to you, Motherat15, with your sweet bundles of joy.

Stephanie

Hey that's like me!
Except that I'm male and the mother IS onvolved, sort of.
I just had twin boys and I'm 17. It's REALLY hard and stressing but it's completely worth it.
We're planning to get married soon so I guess it's disimilar in the sense that nobody ran off in my life!
Good luck!
