parenting magazines
Hi! I recently ordered a magazine voucher from a boy as a school fundraiser. I need to send in the voucher. I am all excited about ordering a "parent" magazine. For those of you who read magazines, can you tell me your opinions on them? Which have you really liked? Which were you disappointed with?

I take PARENTS and CHILD, and enjoy both. There's another one (I think it's PARENTING) that I didn't like. CHILD is a little slicker (think Baby InStyle) but has some really well written articles and good product reviews---especially good for new children's books and just released products. PARENTS is better for craft and activity suggestions and basics.

I subscribe to Parents and Parenting. I read American Baby some. A coworker says she likes Working Mom, but I've not read that one.
Adoptive Families Magazine is my FAVE!!!

Parents Magazine is my favorite, hands down. LOTS of information on a variety of things. Fun ideas of things to do with kids. Easy, but healthy recipes to make for busy moms. U name it, it's in there!

I also just ordered through one of the school fundraising things Family Fun. It has lots of great activities and arts and crafts. Not necessarily info on how to parent, but surely ways to make parenting easier, as far as keeping little ones active!
