Hi Kim!

You must be one of the three programs in the states given permission to do Panamanian adoptions. How long have you guys been doing Panamanian adoptions, and have you already had some successes? I've heard that the process is just now getting the kinks worked out. It makes me nervous to be a guinea pig because if you look at the state department site on Panama adoptions, there is actually very few adoptions that took place over the last few years. I hope things pick up soon, so a precedent can be set.
