We have been approved by DNA ( I think it's like PGN in Guatemala). Now we are officially waiting for a referral!!!

Oh my, how EXCITING!
 Congratulations!! Please keep us posetd on your progress!! Do you a ball park range on how long it will take? Are you going crazy with excitment, lol?? We are looking into countries for our adoption--we had been looking at Guatemala, but are waiting to see what happens with Hauge stuff next year. In the meantime we have been looking at other countries as well. It's always so nice to see other people's stories and progress! This is all new territory for us. We are a pilot family with our agency.
Our estimate is six months til a referral, but adoption is so unpredictable. We went into this knowing we didn't know anything!!! The only part that is hard, is not having other families doing it and having someone to talk to! I still go to the Guatemala board to read. Keep you posted!!! m.
