I am finallty posting after SO long I just was wondering how everyone is doing in the process? Any news on referrals, or travel dates? If anyone has any questions on our process, I will answer them the best I can. All I can say is it was a VERY long road, but when my son smiles and says love you, it is ALL worth it No regrets here!!!!!

I am new to this forum. At the end of your message it says that you turned your dossier in in October and got your referral that same month. Wow that was fast! Is that normal?

But then it says you got a referral in January, is this another referral? Does this mean that you lost the first one?

It also says that you travelled in September and came home in December. Were you really in Panama that whole time?

Just curious. We are almost ready to send in our Dossier (just waiting on INS). I am hoping things move quickly from here. I'm sure everyone else hopes the same thing.

We started our adoption paperwork in May of last year. But we stopped in the middle of the homestudy because we were asked if we would be interested in adopting 2 little boys domestically. We waited almost 9 months only to find out that the boys mother came back into the picture and wants them back.

So now we are back to international adoption and as soon as INS approves us we can get that dossier turned in.

Any information that you can share would be much appreciated.
