Hi,

Has anyone used faith international for adoption from panama? If so can u pm me. If u havent who have u used and how did it go for you?

Hi Shari,

I currently am with Faith and they've been completely upfront through this process. I got my referral in Dec. '04 yet nothing has been accomplished in Panama with regards to TPR or anything else. The agency seems as frustrated as we do and are really reconsidering adoptions in Panama. However, a friend of mine is in Panama this week for Easter break and has a meeting with the First Lady of Panama about my son and getting things moving and processed. (long story on how I have the connection) Anyways, Faith has been very supportive of me pursuing via my connections also. Next week, when my friend returns home, I expect to have some news. I truly believe if Panama wasn't so politically screwed up, Faith would have successfully completed my sons adoption. Any other questions, please feel free to be in touch. Can we correspong via email? I did sign with faith early this week, I sure hope I didnt make a mistake. I really feel Panama is where we need to adopt. It must be very frustrating for you to know your son is there, and hes just waiting for you to come get him. My email is Shariauldridge@verizon.net.
