My husband and I are wanting to adopt from Panama and are looking into agencies and private attorney. Is she a private attorney? Has anyone had any experience with her? How do we get in touch? Is she bilingual?

I actually contacted her when our original agency closed up their office in Panama. She indicated to me that she actually had not completed an adoption in Panama as there were and are still challenges with the government and their processes. She referred me to Guatemala.
