(This prayer was written for me by a very kind friend. I wanted to share it with you.)

"Lady, you know my heart~

Recognize my pure intentions, my dear hopes,
my fervent prayers to you, Goddess over all, as I petition you for your attention.

I am your child, and I strive to emulate your ways, but I fall short. I ask for your guidance and help in this. I want to do better, I want to be better, yet there I am again -- confronting my own weaknesses, my own stubbornness, my own nature.

Grow in me your triple-aspect, Maiden, Mother and Crone, that I may reflect you in all stages of this life.

Manifest in me your goodness, your fundamental connection with nature and the Great Wheel as it rolls. May I be as flowing and as in tune.

Purify me, guide me, and always, Mother, love me, as I step forward -- each day a new day, each moment a new creation, a new opportunity to manifest the Divine, with your blessed help.

So mote it be~"
